Below you will find some simple tips for making your Live Training Session Productive and Enjoyable.

Simple Tips for Making Your
Live Training Session Productive and Enjoyable

  1. Choose a quiet place and time to speak with Archer Quickbooks Solutions Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. If you know that the morning time at work is very hectic for you, then choose an evening time for the live session. Conversely, if the evenings are very hectic, choose a morning time for your live session. The key is to allow your self the chance to gain interactive knowledge from our QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

  2. Turn your cell phone off during the session in order that you can keep your train of thought and pay attention to your computer screen to watch and learn. Avoid reading your e-mail during live training sessions if you system has a message alert that new mail has arrived.

  3. Assemble any questions that you will need answered, or a simple set of documents, such as employee data, or an example of one of your bills, or customer data, or if you are setting up payroll, one of the employees W-4, or supply mock details to get the training down.

  4. Have your QuickBooks version ready to load or up and running when the session is about to begin. If you are using a trial version, please tell our QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor that you are working with a trial version.

  5. Feel free to ask our QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor ANY questions. You will find that our ProAdvisors are patient, courteous and skilled in helping you solve your QuickBooks issues.

  6. Most sessions allow up to three people to attend and ask questions over your speakerphone. Please take your turns asking the ProAdvisor questions. If everyone talks at once, it slows down the valuable details getting to all of you. Or, you may choose to have one person garner the help from the ProAdvisor and then hold a meeting at your company to translate the details to the other team members. Think about what is best for your company and your employees.
